The start of a new month traditionally heralds plenty of good things - not to mention payday for many - but Oh Wonder's decision to air a new song from their forthcoming debut LP on Caroline International every time 'the first' comes around has jumped right to the top of our favourites list. There's a nagging thought that the strategy could wear thin - the album isn't out until September - but whether it's an indie pop gem that glistens like an iced lolly melting in the sweltering sun ('Body Gold') or a shimmering downtempo ballad just like their May instalment, 'Livewire', the the standard just never dips.
